All services are preformed with the highest level of infection control. Implements remain in sterile pouch until use. All other supplies are single use and disposed of. Pipe-less pedicure bowl used with single use liner, pedicure bowl is disinfected with accelerated hydrogen peroxide disinfectant between use.
Safe and Gentle Techniques
All services have the safety of the client in mind. Gentle techniques ensure low risk of injury with a "less is more" approach. Proximal nail fold is never cut, lifted or filed off with a burr/bit. Calluses are reduced but never cut or removed in one session avoiding injury and rebounding. If a client needs callus care beyond DTR's scope of practice they will be referred to appropriate medical professional. DTR will only reduce build up around corns but never dig them out.
